Shipping policy

Free tracked delivery on every order to UK addresses.

• Most orders: Orders arrive in 7–12 working days.
• Wigs marked "Ships from UK": 2 to 5 working days.
• Dispatch: orders are prepared and checked within 1 to 3 working days, and we email your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• Where: we deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

If your order has not arrived by the latest date we gave you, or the tracking has not moved for several days, email bolt70business@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase it, and if it is lost we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
